Dr. David Jenson is a highly respected podiatrist who works with children and adults, treating them with modern and advanced foot and ankle procedures. Dr. Jenson completed his doctorate degree of podiatric medicine at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. Jenson then went on to complete his 9 month internship at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. Furthermore, as an orthopedic resident in New York, Dr. Jenson trained in pediatric orthopedics, biomechanics and surgery and gait analysis. Here in Houston, Jenson was trained by 50 physicians and surgeons, completing an additional 3 year comprehensive residency. To top it off he was trained personally by Dr. A. Lee Dellon of Johns Hopkins University; the creator of nerve decompression surgery.
Dr. Jenson takes pride in looking after his patients and ensuring they are given the best possible treatment for their pain. Attending seminars throughout the year, learning about new procedures and techniques, Jenson is up to date in the ever changing health field, thus providing the best service for his patients. He is also an active member of many associations and groups including the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons, American Podiatric Medical Association, Texas Podiatric Medical Association and the Lower Extremity Peripheral Nerve Fellowship Group.
Dr. Jenson is a leading podiatrist in The Woodlands and Houston, with over 1000 cases worth of experience. He is well known for his kindness and willingness to listen to each patient and is available around the clock on his cell phone. When out of the office, Dr. Jenson enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. He enjoys running, weight lifting, traveling, sports, reading and being a father.
